My curiosity about Brugge hovered since the first time I visited Belgium. Knowing as the city of love, the Venice of the north and a medieval town, I knew the invitation was there waiting for me to embrace it.

Brugge and Antwerp were the chosen cities on a second visit to Belgium.

How to get to Brugge?

Located in the northwest of the country, access from cities such as Brussels or Antwerp can take between one hour and twenty to one hour and forty minutes in a car. Travelling by train is a good option, allowing you to stop in another city equally worthy of visiting Ghent.

From Ghent, you can easily reach Brugge in about 40 minutes by car or train.

Brugge welcomed this Portuguese couple who decided to visit the city of love on a cold and rainy winter day but which I would say could not have been warmer in terms of hospitality. The hotel itself refers to the romanticism and mystique of the city. Nothing is left to chance…
