Good Habits will make you achieve your goal faster and move ahead in life. It is what makes a person stand out from others. People get inspired by looking at a person’s knowledge. Practices are crucial for the overall success of a person.

A wrong person with bad habits will not make much of a difference in a person’s life. The right person with acceptable practices will be able to achieve his goals. No person has ever achieved anything fruitful without having a good habit in his life.

If a person decides to start reading four books in a month, it can be called a goal. But if the person begins to read the book every day for 40 mins, it can be called a habit.

If a person decides to lose weight around 10 kgs in 2 months, it can be called a goal. But if the person starts to walk & exercise every day. Then it will be called a habit.

The Issue With Goals

Easy to make Goals: It is easy for anyone to make goals about making money, losing weight, reading a book. But it becomes difficult for people to see the end of it and leave it halfway. When people are not able to achieve it, then they tend to give up on them. It becomes all the more important to have achievable goals and work towards making it happen.

Not In Our Control: when you make a goal, it depends on many factors. These factors are not in a person’s control. People are planning to start exercise, get stuck with an injury. It hampers their fitness goal. An unthinkable event in a family can sabotage a family goal.

Relax after achieving a Goal: Many people tend to become lax after accomplishing a goal. Suppose a person has set a target of losing some kilos. He becomes successful in achieving it and again starts eating out of excitement. Then there is a chance he will gain more weight than before.

Goals Require Determination: If you are working towards achieving your goals. You have to determine yourself every day and work towards accomplishing. Suppose you are not serious about your plan. There are chances you will not be able to achieve your goal and feel hopeless.

Unrealistic goals: A Person having goals which they can envision in foresight are achievable goals. A person having a plan to read 100 books in a month is unrealistic goals.

The Power Of Habits

The goals will become easy for anyone if a person has good habits. Good habits are what define a person and make him worthy of a person. A person having good productive habits will be unstoppable. People like to surround them with excellent habits like good communication skills, knowledge of business, financial information, etc. These and many other skills make a person stand out from the crowd.

Habits are Life: The person with good habits can be very productive in life. Good habits like reading good books, interacting with like-minded individuals, learning from experienced individuals. A person with bad habits like smoking, drinking will not attract good people. People have to choose the right patterns that define a person in the best possible way.

Habits make the goal achievable: If you are working towards a dream, it is crucial to have practices that complement your plan. E.g., A person working on creating a website must make everyday efforts to see the website coming live in good time if a person has set a target of 3 months to develop the website. But by putting in 2 hours every day, he can create the website in 2 months. Then that is the achievement for him, and it will be possible only for his positive habits.

21 Day process: It takes 21 days for any habit to form in a person. It is very crucial to start in a small way to reach great heights. E.g., A person planning to start learning a course will require to work on his learning every day to make it a habit. Small steps of progress will make a whole lot of difference in the long run. You will be amazed at your own-self to reach so far.
