Sometimes we just stop looking for the answer.

We don’t need the answer anymore.

Because we know we were always looking for it in all the wrong places.

We were given the direction.

Everybody needs one.

But usually, it’s a painful discovery that the path designed for us is not the path we want to walk.

Nor the path we should walk.

She stopped looking for the answer in his eyes.

In the eyes of any of them.

There was a spark.

But there was a distance.

She didn’t need to share her pain anymore.

She didn’t need to tell what made her who she is today.

She didn’t need to uncover the stories that were meant to be heard just by the ears that were truly listening.

She wasn’t looking for it anymore.

She was seeking no understanding.

No soulmate.

No dream.

She was looking for ways how to fulfill the meaning.

In a companion that was clear on it too.

With a companion she hoped for being clear on it too.
