How To Use

  1. 1 tablespoon honey
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 half tablespoon turmeric

Place ingredients and mix well once frozen, wrap all the ice cubes in a washcloth and massage them over your skin until they’re melted. Alternatively, ice the skin with one cube a day for maintenance.
