“ [Edmund’s] deep listening skills and astute questions guided me to new insights about myself and my leadership style. During our time together, I was able to navigate through and reframe challenges and developed new strategies for working effectively and maintaining the positive energy and focus I need for my work.” -Canada

Client testimonies speak to the power of executive coaching for nonprofit leaders. During my 20 years working with nonprofit organizations to advance human rights and social inclusion, I observed that many leaders were never given the capacity or support to thrive in new roles. Because of this, my colleagues and I often struggled during periods of career progression. Expectations to perform at a higher level without sufficient training, guidance, or support were commonplace. Therefore, providing support is the foundation of my executive coaching. My mission is to support changemakers and community leaders in amplifying their work’s impact, growing their resiliency, and unlocking their potential.
