The Down Tale
2020, is seen as one which took an unexpected turn. The severity of the events it held took its toll on the whole world. It included all ages, occupation and majorly life span.
Many went through a lot throughout the past years, only majorly evident in 2020 for this generation.
From lives lost to the hard times and the literal virtual reality, one can only be grateful that it was lived through. It’s just another day, but the general calendar says otherwise so acknowledge it. It doesn’t mark the end of all going on, but it could mark the beginning of more goals which is great.
With all that has been going on, I deduced 2020 was a smile to me. The curve of the lips showing the pathway in which I followed through the year. It was epic in all manners, and I was glad to have gone through it either way.
I often assess it as a fall from the highest building in the world. It gives an average person a 20 second landing time.
Here comes the “down tale” following a dive till the end.
The first second holds realisation of the events about to occur. At this point, one can only think of how it happened and expect the final hit.
Five seconds and blending the reality with controversies begin. Here comes the blame game or guilt-tripping. At this point, there is still hope, but fingers pointed everywhere.
Ten seconds and one is in deep as fear settles. Here, many pray, mostly for themselves. Some have hope that something good may still happen. They can be saved at some point regardless of the stage.
Fifteen seconds in and memories flash vigorously with tears falling in accordance. Here lie the best moments that one faced, therefore the increase in the need for a redo.
Twenty seconds in and all is done for.
Here, excruciating pain and suffering are being contained, and in a few seconds, some are gone. The handful much lives in several other circumstances and are monitored for life.
The saddening reality as pity is at their beck and call. The need to know their tale follows through for all the others.
Dark, it may seem but the harsh reality.

The reality, though, is much more difficult. Many go through a lot that is never seeable but in the massive depth of their minds.
So, greet a loved one, bear with others. After all, no one knows tomorrow nor its aftermath.
