The mind is like a dancing fish.

It wanders….

It gets distracted…

It looses focus…

Let it wander..

Let it get distracted..

Let it loose focus…

It travels centuries…

It travels oceans…

It travels the desserts of solitude..

In milliseconds..

Let it go…

Stay with it..

Wait for it..

To come back…

Coz if you wait..

It does come back..

To you.

To focus… loose focus for just a bit.

To be mindful… be mindless for just a bit.
