Before going into the RACI Method, imagine a soccer, or basketball, team without a coach, or without a clear game plan. Imagine an orchestra without its conductor!
A number of skilled players, but without clearly defined roles or responsibilities.
What would that look like? Everyone has a good understanding about the game or play, but no one knows what his or her role on the team is. Who will guard the goal?
Everyone wants to be chasing the ball: one to score a goal for the team, another to score a goal for herself. One player gets tired, another got hurt, but no one is there to see it, no one to replace him.
