Joyful Morning Smoothie

Want to feel like you are on vacation at home with a cheerful spirit? Try this breakfast smoothie with balanced nutrition (ideal macronutrient portions), sweet flavor, and affordable ingredients so we can all experience a lap of luxury, oasis, and optimism!

Ingredients

Yield: 24 ounces

1 c orange juice

1/4 c sunflower seeds (kernels)

1 c frozen mango

2 scoops Unsweetened Plant Protein Powder

Drizzle of honey

1 orange slice (garnish)

Procedure

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Pour orange juice into a blender. Add sunflower seeds, frozen mango, and plant protein powder. Drizzle honey into the current combination. Seal blender. Initiate blender on low and gradually increase the intensity of blending. Blend until consistency is smooth. Turn off blender. Pour into favorite cup. Chop orange in half horizontally. Use a center circular slice to garnish. Enjoy!
