What Meditation Taught Me About Love

I started meditation and evolving a meditation practice around 2011. I started studying massage back then and got introduced to the power and healing of what meditation can do. I learned from some wise and strong mentors. It allowed me to explore the spiritual realm and my mind in a safe way. I learned to slow down and learn mindfulness and patience.
