When the clock strikes midnight

Did you ever stay awake after midnight and listen to the silence? That “silence” that inspires or disappoints you. One with memories or one with anxiety. That “silence” comes with thoughts.

At midnight the possible becomes impossible, and reality turns into stardust. At that moment, the thought may fly away, maybe to the light of the apartment in the neighbouring block or just stays with you.

Open the window, listen and watch the silence of the night. Overwhelmed by the fresh but harsh air, by the wind that gently tickles your cheeks, in blinks of your eyes the memories of your childhood began to appear. Started to see that kid who believed in miracles and who was thinking that the world could be changed. Although at the same time, the traumas of that time come to light. You commenced thinking about some people who said to you, "Oh, you idiot, you’re not good at anything," "You idiot. Idiot. Idiot… Stupid… YOU ARE! "

Furthermore, you didn’t forget how they give you the distance when you needed so much love and you realise that pain was all the time here. Still, never overcome this feeling even after midnight.

And when you think that the thoughts end here, they continue to flow like a waterfall. You remember the things you didn’t do or the things you did and you regret it.

Now, you realise that it’s way too past midnight and you are back to reality. You spotted people busy on the streets, and it’s too late to go back to sleep.

Quick arrange some masks on you and go into outside presence. Tomorrow, maybe you will figure out how to overcome your demons.
