Where the Light Enters
Jalāl ad-Dīn Mohammad Rūmī, or simply Rumi, is an Islamic scholar and Sufi mystic from the 13th century. He is credited with having said, “the wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
It’s a beautiful, though incomplete, sentiment.
