(And why emotional pauses are important)

Rushes gush the bloody pockets of mine
I fear time, I don’t know how things will be fine.
You plan things, yet the converse churns itself,
My stomach burns of stress, thinking whether the truth would go off-shelf.

Strongly hoping, to reap the wait of true love
Praying nothing happens in the middle,
The heat of amplifying bubbles
of haste
and societal pressures from above

Dear world,
it is a long known fact that,
Pure love is ,
genuineness soaked in the purity of patience, trust and time
Hoping that these words,
would settle the flutters,
of the impatient and arrow struck mind of my impulsive shivers.

People say that love today
Can never be that which was there centuries ago…
People condemn even this way,
That
even in true love,
you can wait and still not let anything go.

So, it is in our hands now
When the definition of understanding
is to provide hope
when we feel zapped.
is to give light,
when we feel trapped,
is to provide the calming caresse
post the feelings of being slapped.
The soft calmness that is to be felt,
Even though the tough and rough makes us feel chapped.
Feelings take time to strengthen
The more the wait,
the more robust is the road to heaven,
Displaying this hope,
as my only source of coping through this void.
I hope it would be worth the wait,
I dream of the day we are able to cross this strait.

Amidst this hasty and fast rushing world,
We understand the true meaning of love,
it sure would be worth the separation
Perhaps, just perhaps
it looks to be the only soluble source
To attain sustainable happiness and true liberation.
