An Introduction to Machine Learning

To many of us, the term machine learning is a fancy one. Yeah, we have seen the application of it in several fields and be amazed by it. I’m writing this article to give you an introduction to the machine learning to start your journey from zero to hero. It would be like a kick-starter for your journey on machine learning. In addition to machine learning, I want to introduce the other two terms which would be very important in this journey. Those are Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning. By looking at the below image you would have an idea why I introduce these terms to you.

Artificial Intelligence — Simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions.

Machine Learning — Computer Algorithms which can be trained for specific applications and used for future predictions.

Deep Learning — High-level version of Machine Learning which uses Artificial Neural Networks as trainable algorithms.
