You don’t have to rack your brain to remember HTML 5 tags. Or cram all the tags.

Knowing the function of each of them, where and how to find them will do.

Programming is welcoming to everyone — who decides to learn it. I say this because there is no magic in it. No magic wand is required either. Answers to what you might be seeking answers for are already everywhere around you on the web.

When I started learning HTML, my instructor told me, “I can’t teach you all the tags”. And that was the case. Your instructor won’t teach you all the HTML 5 tags. You will find out some of the tags by yourself.

Is Cheat Sheet Right?

Back then, I was never a fan of cheat sheets. I feel it is like trying to take a shortcut for something you ought not to. That I won’t learn properly — master the basics and be good at what I do.

Was I wrong?

Yes and no.

There are some cheatsheets you have to do away with to be well-grounded in what you learn or do. In this case, a cheat sheet is a no-no.

But programming is vast and can be daunting at times. It is not a bad idea to have compiled sheets of tricks…
