DATA SCIENCE: A Ranking Model for Citizen Engagement in Smart-City.

I am looking for a way to prove that Citizen Engagement in Decision-Making is one key success factor for future Smart-City governance. To do so, I have been collecting inhabitants’ participation to a survey study in three case study cities : Taipei (Taiwan), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Tallinn (Estonia).
