For this case we use fuzzy lookup addon to retrieve data based on text similarity as show on the table below.

To perform the above match we use integromat features for google sheets as shown below we will use watch rows feature to watch for new rows and use the update a row together with a fuzzy lookup for sheets for formula to perform matches.
Watch rows trigger of integromat allows us to see any new data added to google sheets then we use update row to perform text similarity using the fuzzy lookup for sheets addon.
