How to predict Bigg Boss season winner?

When I was watching BiggBoss (Telugu season 1) I had the below questions,

i) Whether can we predict the Bigg Boss/Big Brother season winner by any means?

ii) How to predict the season winner of Bigg Boss of other (Indian) languages?

iii) If yes, is there any data set already available?

I did not find any #BiggBoss dataset on the internet, so started collecting the data.

How to predict the season winner of Bigg Boss in Indian languages?

As of November 2023, total 52 Bigg Boss seasons completed and 4 seasons are running.

In the initial Bigg Boss data set, in 2017, there were only 15 features/columns. And kept on adding new variables/columns, currently, the dataset is having 39 predictor variables and 1045+ rows. The winner column is the target/response variable.

The number of seasons in each Indian language.

Trivia about Bigg Boss/BigBrother Indian seasons

Bigg Boss Hindi has many seasons compared to other Indian languages. So, the number of housemates are more in Hindi.
In the Bigg Boss India seasons, most of the housemates (85%) entered on the first day/week. The remaining 15% of participants are wild-card entries.
The number of film actresses entered into the Bigg Boss houses are more when compared to other professions.
Salman Khan hosted the most number of seasons (in Bigg Boss Hindi), Sudeep is next on the list.
No wild card entry housemate won the Bigg Boss competition.
In all Bigg Boss languages, and in all seasons, Female contestants are more. 8 Transgenders (LGBTQIA+) participated in all Indian languages.
139 contestants entered via wild card, but only 24 managed to go to Finale.
4 re-entered contestants won Bigg Boss title.
4 seasons broadcasted ONLY on OTT platforms.

I have created Bigg Boss (India) Data Set, with all compilations of Bigg Boss India versions and seasons, in various languages like Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali (Bangla), and Malayalam.

Below are the features/columns in Bigg Boss India Data set:

Language — Language in which the show was telecasted/designed
Season Number — Season number
Name — Name of participant. Original Entrants are sorted in alphabetical order (no guest participants)
Profession — Profession of house mate, before entering into Bigg Boss
Gender — Gender of the BiggBoss contestant, such as Male, Female, LGBT
Entry Date — Date of entry into house
Elimination Date — Date of (last) elimination/eviction
Elimination Week Number — (Last) Eviction week number
Wild Card — Entered through wild card or not
Season Length — Number of days of season
Number of Housemates — Total number of house mates, in entire season, including wildcard entries
Season Start Date — Season start date
Season End Date — Season last day or finale day or discontinued date
Host Name — Name of the host (who hosted most of the weekend episodes)
Guest Host Name — Name of the guest/temporary host
Prize Money (INR) — Total prize money, in INR
Broadcasted By — TV channel name who has broadcasted the season (in India)
OTT Platform — OTT platform who has premiered the season (in India)
Average TRP — Average TV TRP of the season
Most Viewed States — Most viewed Indian States
House Location — Physical locality of bigg boss house
OTT Season — Is this season premiered/live only in OTT?
Number of Evictions Faced — Number of Evictions Faced by the Bigg Boss housemate
Number of times elected as Captain — Number of times/weeks elected as Captain
Number of re-entries — Number of reentries into the house, in the same season (not fake evictions & secret room)
Walked — Walked out of BB house, exiting without elimination (0 — No, 1 — Yes), due to health/personal reasons
Ejected — Ejected from BB house, exiting without elimination (0 — No, 1 — Yes), due to violation/legal issues
In secret room — Whether stayed in secret room or not (0 — No, 1 — Yes)
Social Media Popularity — Popularity in Social media (1 — lowest, 10 — highest) during the show
Finalist — Whether entered into final week or not, or in finale (0 — No, 1 — Yes)
Winner — Winner or not (1 — winner, 0 — otherwise), whoever took highest prize money

You can use any Machine Learning (ML) algorithm or Deep Learning (DL) algorithm to predict the next/current Bigg Boss (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bangla, Marathi) season winner.
