There is a term called Bugs, used for referring errors or mistakes in a script. To find and eliminate these bugs we go through a process called debugging. In most of the cases finding error is taken care by the python editor/compilers, so the task for a programmer is to understand those identified errors and take action accordingly to resolve them.
