An Offsite to remember — Sep 2022
And here we meet again! This time it is with double the enthusiasm and 32 members strong.
What’s different this time? Well for starters it was in Alibaug. Two, we had a Growthathon planned. Three, we take ‘Enjoying Together’ a bit too seriously.🤩 Don't take our word for it, live it through the video
We kicked off the offsite with a 60-minute ferry ride to Alibaug. There, we were housed in the beautiful, larger-than-life Gatsby-themed Villa. Not to miss the sprawling view from our balconies and the nearby Kihim beach! ❤️🐚🌴
As soon as the clock struck 4:00 pm, the hackathon began. 5 Awesome teams, 5 mind-blowing ideas, and some beers down, of course, we started the offsite with a blast! 💫 Each team was balanced with expertise in the back end, front end, product management, QA, and growth. For design, we had a bribing system in place where you entice the designers with your ideas 😂
Because of our work buddies and their absolute dedication, we were able to pull off an all-nighter for our 3rd Hackathon! The night was filled with brainstorming, designing, coding, and testing that groundbreaking idea to fruition. It was live with trash talks throughout the night because no competition is fun without it. In essence, this hackathon was about working together with no bound on the flow of ideas and paving the way for Anar to skyrocket.
This time, we also had an interesting Treasure Hunt planned for the teams. Finally, the night ended with laughing and partying together by the pool.

We ended the offsite on a high note with the founders sharing ‘The path forward — A Playbook to Incredible success’. The offsites at Anar have always been about discovering new synergies and witnessing all of us coming together as ONE.
