If you are knowledgeable on all matters sleep, lifestyle affecting sleep, or have a sleep disorder you would like to write about, please contact Shirley Stoddart on shirlz636@gmail.com

Please ensure you have adhered to Medium Rules and if you need help with curation, please read the Curation Guidelines.

I urge you to proofread your work before submission. Reading aloud is the best way to find any errors or sentences that don’t flow well.

Please format your article, so it appears fresh and clean with plenty of white space and separators where needed. If you need help formatting, please see the Format Text guide.

Choose the best image, not the first image you find to add to your article. It must be relevant to the subject matter and add to the quality of the title. I recommend more than one image if your article is over 4 minutes long.

If you have any queries, please drop me an email at shirlz636@gmail.com

I will promise to reply to you within 24–36 hours to allow for timezone differences.
