Our first event. Chatbot Personalization workshop at Community day of the Chatbot Conf 2017

With our plaform being fine tuned for first partners and prosect clients integration we are excited to participate in the Community Day (October, the 2nd) event of the Chatbot Conf 2017 in Vienna.

We would thank the organizers for the opportunity and those who already are being registered to attend the workshop. If you are in Vienna attending the conference you still can register here.

For us it is a good place to show how Chatbot ecosystem pieces are not yet totally completed, there are chatbot related technologies able to complement the current Chatbot offering. In our case we will explain how in the same way that Chatbot developers and frameworks can use 3rd party NLP (language processing) and messaging app channels it is possible to use an API with a Big Data analytics frameworks that could help to collect from different information sources behavioural contexts and provide end-user based feedback useful to personalize the experience.

We expect this first event could lead to interesting partnerships with chatbot developers and tech framworks providers to offer more compelling solutions to the brands already deploying chatbots. The cooperation could be the way to take the most of potential synergies and improve the customer engagement.
