Introducing: Anchor’s new Support Manager

Meet the newest member of the Anchor team, Vincent Carbellano.

We recently introduced you to our new Digital Media Manager, Lisa Fierstein. Today, we’re excited to introduce another new member of the team, Vincent Carbellano, Anchor’s new Support Manager.

Vincent’s top priority is to make sure everyone who uses Anchor has a great experience, and he comes to the team with a substantial history of making that happen. Prior to Anchor, Vincent was a behavioral health coach for health and wellness startup Noom, and his educational background is in psychology — a field which he’s constantly drawing insights from when finding new ways to improve user experiences based on human behavior. If you ever get stuck while creating your podcast and need to reach out to our help desk (help.anchor.fm), Vincent is your guy.

Beyond making Anchor podcasters happy, Vincent loves to walk dogs and catalogues his travels with man’s best friend via the rapidly decreasing storage space on his phone’s camera roll (we’re all waiting patiently for the resulting coffee table book). He’s a born-and-raised New Yorker, video game fanatic, and passionate about combining his interests of music, beer and friends.
