Starting today through November 3, Anchor is rolling out the opportunity for creators in the U.S. to help increase voter registration and strengthen participation in the 2020 election by recording ads with Anchor Sponsorships. By raising your voice and donating a few minutes to democracy, you can empower your listeners to do the same.
We’re teaming up with three nonprofit and nonpartisan organizations who are making the voting process easier, more informed, and more effective:
To make an impact with your podcast, simply record an ad placement for the organization that resonates with you the most (or all 3), and spread the word far and wide to your audience.
Since this is a nonprofit initiative designed to serve the public good, keep in mind that podcasters will earn a $0 CPM from these ad placements. Anchor is also supporting these organizations free of charge.
To support multiple campaigns on your podcast, be sure to add multiple sponsored segments to your episodes. You can do this by selecting ‘Add another sponsored segment’ when creating your episode in Anchor.
