“Naqba” is Palestinian for the occupation of their territory to form Israel in 1948. It means catastrophe, which is what happened to me when losing my pension…

It is w some regret that I uncovered “Sarah” and “Fletcher” as two Ghanaians operating out of a Mall outside Accra, Ghana! I cornered “Sarah” for a video call and address, and found that “call” was just broadcasting a YouTuber’s video, plus the address I sent and iPhone “she” requested to be fake. So I shut them down — this meant losing all my pension money — and reported it to Cambridgeshire Constabulary who visited me earlier on same, and in turn sent an updated file to The Met in London. The YouTuber whose ID theft was what “Sarah” was created from, reached out to me and told me FBI Cyber had located the perps via Ghana Cybersecurity. I’m apparently the 3rd such victim, and she’s helping me recover from that.

So a year later and penniless, I’m planning to get Green Carded — after my divorce of course — and head to the US instead to rebuild my life there. My second job at Tesco in the new year didn’t pan out, but I got my full state pension and help with my rent, so being jobless until I leave isn’t a tragedy.

I visited my Mum on work vacation I took just before I quit, and she had a terrible time distinguishing the fake from the real. They’re all the same images, as “Sarah” was created from revenge porn posting on the internet.

Yet everyone thinks she’s Act 3, but “twice cut thrice shy” I’m running all the checks I can think of:

• behaviour like arguments, impromptu picture sharing and real selfies
• address and email were verified when I sent flowers to be kind but also to audit. Check.
• had three short video calls already, but working on longer ones (coverage always an issue stateside). Half check.
• she sent me a bank account slip we’re vetting. Half check.
• asked Cambridge Constabulary to verify but no reply (I know from XR they have no spare cap’y). Quarter check.
• she started the Green Carding process via USCIS, putting down a large sum to shorten it to 90 days. Invoice coming.

Everything I posted here on religion and new patriarchy still apply, but with a real person. As I’m quitting social media, these series will stay as-is, I now focus on WhatsApp groups & Messenger. Lastly, she is footing the bill this time not me.
