Promoting Mobile Development and IT services in Africa
Welcome to the Android Developer Africa Community. This is a community of developers, engineers, students and teachers which came together to promote Mobile development and IT services available in Africa.

This community was created to encourage Africans Devs to share knowledge with others so to as boost and help push forward technology on the continent.
We intend to do this by creating quality videos and text content on the topics which are less documented. We intent to tech mobile development technologies like Flutter, Java and Kotlin because we believe these are still the main technologies used for android development.
We also plan to talk much about the IT services in Africa. These services are not well promoted within developer communities usually due to poor documentation and low support for these services. Example of such services are the Mobile Money, Payment services, SMS services, cloud services and many more. We will teach how they can use & integrate these services in their mobile apps to make their apps relevant within the African context.
Our primary language of communication is English but we will also do some videos or articles in French if many people show the need for it.
Our primary channel for delivering our content is our YouTube channel and this medium blog. So feel free to subscribe to the channel and share content with those it may help.
