I published TWO apps on just ONE day

On some days I’m very productive (and on some days not). Like today I sometimes have some crazy app ideas and just start developing the apps straightaway.

Today I developed / modified the following apps:

• Calcy - Modified version of the AOSP calculator app from Android 6.0 Marshmallow
• Randomy - An app to randomly open apps on your phone by pressing a button

For Calcy I just downloaded the base source from android.googlesource.com and modified it but Randomy I developed myself.

But how did I get the ideas?

Yes, idea finding is sometimes a problem. You have all the motivation to create and app but not the ideas. To find ideas I browse through different sites like GitHub, Android Arsenal or Fossdroid to get inspired by already existing apps.

Most of this weekend projects I just do once and the mostly never update them again (or just after a couple of months). But nevertheless it’s always fun to try to get some challenges.

Sorry for talking such weird and useless things but I hope you like this two new apps (and I’m proud a little bit too).
