This device is small…and certainly not up to the likes of Apple’s iPhone or various other Android flagships out there. This device is going to be powered by Android but will only perform simple tasks like calling, texting, and streaming music. The device is expected to debut in Japan on November 10th and sell for $95.

Affordably priced at $95 — starting in Japan

The device will be running Android 4.2 — but as far as a detailed interface goes, I’m not sure about that. The screen looks to be about a third of the device frame. The rest of the device makes it look like simple calculator. It will supposedly also be capable of recording voice memos and connect Bluetooth headsets for what I’m guessing is calls and music playback. Imagine if a device like this releases — without a calculator function. That would be an ironic disappointment. It will probably have a calculator. I believe that is a default app for all mobile phones. I guess there is a niche for people to take a more disconnected minimalist approach to the digital world, but who that is, I’m not sure.
