A hacker chats with the Express Scripts crew.

Woah, AngelHack Austin never fails. Not only did 60 hackers file into Galvanize’s beautiful tai-level workspace in Austin’s fast-changing Warehouse District. But so did some awesome sponsors like IBM StrongLoop and Express Scripts. We’ve talked about how awesome StrongLoop is already, so we’ll tell you a bit about Express Scripts today.

But first, the hackathon.

Texas lived up to its Southern hospitality reputation, meaning everything from the venue to the food was awesome, warm and inviting. And that A/C was also very hospitable, especially since it was over 100 degrees and humid outside. We saw about 15 projects, and they were all top notch. Maybe it was because of the delicious food giving our pitchers energy, but each demo was great, making it incredibly hard for the judges.

Oh, and because the teams brought more to the table then expected! Express Scripts chose two teams!

Not too shabby! Find your next hackathon at angelhack.com/events.
