It has been said that Angelina Jolie is not on Social Media. In my opinion, I think she needs to be. She may be inspiring many people and could use social media in a bigger and better way to reach people.

Her new film, “First They Killed My Father”, is a big hit. Could the film inspire other countries? Are there other countries like Cambodia? Angelina could be inspiring many people from different countries thanks to Loung Ung’s story. It’s wonderful that Angelina could make a story into a film that can possibly uplift and inspire others. Now, thanks to Angelina, Loung Ung’s story is not only read, but heard and seen.

Angelina is a different Angelina than what we knew from before. She is using her film talent for a great cause. Angelina is showing us things from real life and opening the minds of the people. She is educating people. I’m learning about a country I didn’t know anything about and hearing about its struggles.

If Angelina came back to social media, of course there would be haters to ignore, but there would also be many that love her. Who knows? Angelina might change social media. Let’s look on the bright side because there is always a bright side somewhere.
