The Evil One
Maleficent (played by Angelina Jolie) said to the Princess, “There is an evil in this world, and I cannot keep you from it.” She mentions hate and revenge.
There are things a mother will do to go out of her way for her children. There are many praying mothers fighting for their children. A mother can sense when something’s not right with her child. Some children are frighten by bad dreams and are afraid to sleep in the dark. Evil knows what the children will fear. They are afraid that the evil one will appear. Some can see him and describe him in different ways. He tries to get into the games children play. The evil one can come in many shapes and forms. A mother is always making sure her child is unharmed. The evil one is nothing to be afraid of. He tries to take all family love. I come to tell you he is just a man. If you are a praying mother, he cannot stand.
He tries to get into man’s inventions. The evil one has come with all bad intentions. If you work for him, he will not reward you any good because he’s all about evil. Am I understood? I come to tell you he’s nobody’s friend. That serpent; the dragon will do you in. That ugly beast walks to and fro trying to take yours and mine, but he’s got to go. Always peeping in your window; always slamming the doors. Don’t let him in your soul because he’s rotten to the core. He likes to cast spells and put afflictions on you, and if you let him in your heart, he’ll destroy that too. Tell him to go back to hell where he belongs because he has no power. God sits on the throne.
