Have you told your clients you are exhibiting?

You’ve signed up to exhibit, booked your stand, and started to prepare for the Anglia Business Exhibition — great!

Why not use this as an opportunity to tell your clients and suppliers that you are going to be at the event, and invite them personally to come and visit you?

Download your exhibitors/sponsors logos

All exhibitors and sponsors can use the appropriate Anglia Business Exhibition branded images on their websites, email footers and social media — simply log in at angliabusinessexhibition.com and click the link to download the appropriate images.

Send your clients and contacts a personal invitation

If you are exhibiting, we have a PDF invitation you can share with your clients and contacts which has a clickable link where they can pre-register to attend. Download the e-invite PDF file here.

There is also a poster you can print and display which showcases the event. This is perfect if you have noticeboards or shop/office windows which will enable others to learn about the event. Download and print the poster from here.

Add the Facebook event to your page

You can also add the event from the Anglia Business Exhibition Facebook page to your own company page in three simple steps:

Once you have added the event, you can click on the share icon to make a post on your page, invite your Facebook friends or share the event in Messenger.

It’s a great way to share you are attending, and helps grow the footfall at the event as well!

Offer a special incentive

A great way to encourage people to visit your stand is to to offer some kind of special incentive, only available to people who visit you at the event. In the past we have seen businesses offering packages or bundles, money-off coupons, and more.

If you want to take it one step further, you can provide an insert into the goody bags which are available to the first 500 people or provide a video or slide to be displayed on the screens at the event venue promoting your special offer — a sure way to get in front of a wider audience! Just give the team a call on 01473 712330 to discuss this further.

Write a news article

Another way of telling people you will be exhibiting or sponsoring is to write a news article — you can use the logos and images from the links above and put your own spin on it.

Why are you exhibiting?

Are you planning to launch something special at the event, or have some super amazing goodies?

Here’s your opportunity to reach out to your audience and entice them!

Make sure you share your news article on social media and tag the Anglia Business Exhibition using the hashtag #ABE19!
