I can still feel the butterflies in my stomach from my very first solo trip — it feels like it happened just yesterday.
But I figured, “Hey, let’s see what happens!” Little did I know, that trip would not only take me to new places, but also introduce me to parts of myself I didn’t even know existed.
Travel has this way of peeling back the layers of who you are.
It makes you stretch outside your comfy bubble, helps you connect with the weirdest and most wonderful people, and forces you to pause and reflect on what actually matters.
