Animalia — Recap of Q1 2022
It was a life changing experience since we first started 7 months ago. We have all hands on deck to look into all aspects of the company, especially finding the right fit for the designated department as well as setting up a studio in Kuala Lumpur as well. Getting all these done during the pandemic was challenging and we are thankful for the support we have received along the way.
Game Demo Reveal
Firstly, we have just released a 5 minute demo reveal, where we took the opportunity to introduce Shib the protagonist and his rivalry with Belfort the Timber Wolf cub. The demo showcased the gameplay mechanics, such as game modes, card types, and the game rules. As the storyline and game mechanic go through the kernel of thoughts before it is fleshed out for the upcoming Closed Beta Release, let’s have a moment to enjoy the meticulously crafted Animalia game demo as the crypto meme-inspired NFT Trading Card Game is filled with edutaining experiences.
During the Game Demo Reveal event, we announced that there would be a Genesis edition of Alpha in the Arcana tier. deployed under a BEP-21 smart contract. Although we cannot divulge more details than this, it is also worth noting that there is an APY booster feature by just holding your NFTs when you stake your $ANIM.
Marketplace

Tokenomic update
Following a thorough competitive market analysis and token design modelling of the Animalia ecosystem, we have decided to adjust our tokenomics model and supply to better fit the current market environment. These changes include adjusting the token supply and increasing portions dedicated to ecosystem growth. Having said that, we are thrilled to announce that we have Sasha Asheghi from Arcanum Ventures as our Tokenomic advisor! Based on his involvement and experience in tokenomic design, the goal in building a powerful and scalable token economy to offer an intuitive gaming experience to ensure long-term growth can be achieved.
