ANIVERSE Signs MOU with DRC mobility for NFT Business
ANIVERSE (ANV, CEO Kim Kyung-ha) and DRC Mobility (DRC, CEO Kim Myung-bo) announced on the 6th that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the online theme-park platform ANIVERSE for issuance and distribution of NFT, contents development, marketing, and promotion cooperation.
ANIVERSE is an online content theme-park platform which has IP of the popular animation character Larva, and has established ‘ANIVERSE platform’ that allows users to directly issue and distribute NFTs using the animation content owned by ANIVERSE.
ANIVERSE has applied blockchain technology to improve the IP market structure. By using the ANIVERSE platform, both IP suppliers and consumers can be guaranteed of transparent disclosure and profit distribution for various costs such as production, distribution, and sales money. ANIVERSE listed ANV token based on Ethereum ERC-20 on Bithumb and also introduced its own NFT marketplace, ANIVERSE NFT.
In October, ANIVERSE listed Larva NFTs to Binance NFT Marketplace, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, and sold out all the NFTs within 10 minutes of release. ANIVERSE was also on the ‘Top Creators’ and ‘Trending’ sections of Binanace NFT’s main page, proving its global marketability.
DRC mobility plans to form its own mobility marketplace and transform the super cars and old cars displayed at its office building in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu into art works. And with the MOU signing between the two companies, both companies will cooperate to jointly issue·distribute·trade NFT products using ANIVERSE IPs.
DRC mobility is a blockchain-based mobility project. It has recently appointed a lawyer Kim Myung-bo, a former legal professional, to enter the NFT (Non-Fungible Token) market and expand the blockchain ecosystem to De-Fi (Decentralized Finance).
