Every day, in every classroom in the world, a teacher prepares materials and a learning environment for their students. Some teachers have many resources, and can create rich, engaging learning environments with ease. Other teachers have some resources, and become inventive with what they have. Still, some teachers have very few resources, and their creativity keeps their classroom and their students going.

All of these efforts, whether highly resourced or not resourced at all, are a fundamental part of how every student around the world experiences their learning.

So, at Anleiten, we’ve decided to name this invisible and unappreciated-until-now work #ClassroomOps.

We want to talk about all of the work that teachers do to make classrooms work around the world.

What are you doing for your bootcamp attendees to make sure they are learning what they need to know for a successful career?

How are you engaging adult learners who are looking to transition careers in your continuing education courses?

How have you designed your K12 classrooms to meet the needs of all of your students?

How do you engage in tutoring sessions or private music lessons with your students?

What tools are you using to help the leaders of tomorrow engage in remote learning settings today on campuses around the world?

Teachers, we have so much to learn from the hard work that we do, the tools that we create, and the processes that we have invented and innovated for our students. No matter where learning is happening, dedicated teachers are engaged in #ClassroomOps, making it happen!

This month, we’ll be dedicated to talking about #ClassroomOps: sharing our best stories and resources, and digging into tough moments to help each other solve problems. We’ll spend time making sure to get answers to your pressing questions, and new ideas to improve your #ClassroomOps. Whether it’s virtual or in person, K12 or higher-ed, one-on-one or a full bootcamp of career changers, we’ll make sure you’re covered!

Interested? Look for the #ClassroomOps hashtag on your socials, and Join Anleiten today! We can’t wait to build an amazing teaching community together.
