We’ve made a couple of changes to ANNA’s 24/7 customer support hours to make room for Christmas.

Christmas Eve — closed from 10:00pm
Christmas Day — closed
Boxing Day — 8:00am to 8:00pm
27 Dec 2018 — 8:00am to 10:00pm
28 Dec 2018 — 8:00am to 10:00pm
29 Dec 2018 — 8:00am to 10:00pm
30 Dec 2018 — 8:00am to 10:00pm
31 Dec 2018 — 8:00am to 10:00pm
1 Jan 2019 — closed
2 Jan 2019 — 24-hour service resumes at 7:00am
Will this affect me?
Queries or requests to create sales invoices that arrive overnight will be dealt with first thing the next morning. Your Mastercard will work as usual— just remember to keep enough funds in your account to cover transactions. App services won’t be affected. There might be a delay for new customers who are signing up while the office is closed, but we hope any waiting time will be minimal.

We can’t wait until 2019 when we’ll launch some of the most requested features, like direct debits, bookkeeping and tax services, to complement the invoicing tools that so many of you use and love.
