The talk on Mt. Tamalpais by historian Brad Rippe which was slated for this Monday, December 11, 2017 will be rescheduled in early 2018.

In its stead, we are pleased to present local author & historian Dewey Livingston who will speak about the western part of the county in a presentation called Zooming on on West Marin’s Past, a lively illustrated talk that looks closely at photographs and maps to detail life in the Point Reyes area a century ago.

In a recent interview with the Point Reyes Light, Dewey said: “I started writing this book two years ago, but I think I’ve really been working on this project for over 30 years.”

The talk will take place at the Anne T. Kent California Room Map & Special Collections Annex on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 6:30 pm.

The address is: 1600 Los Gamos, Suite 182, San Rafael, California.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday!
