AI in retail plays a key role in deriving key insights with regard to various markets for enhancing different touchpoints in the customer service sector. It is useful in addressing issues pertaining to fit and fabric in the artificial intelligence in apparel industry. It will play a key role in ensuring that our garments are tailored as per our body shape in fit and size.

AI offers the customer with a 3D sizing, which is an eight digit number which defines each individual’s shape. This number is used to define shape by nationality, age and race. A combination of data and technology aids in producing a sizing scale for a consumer of any age, race or at any place. It also provides patterns by computer in real time at a minimal cost.

So, it will be worthwhile to shift our focus now to how AI in retail will play a key role in transforming the entire retail industry.

By mining insights from marketplace, consumer and competitor data, AI business intelligence tools forecast industry shifts in order to make proactive changes to the company’s marketing, merchandising, and business strategies.
