May 2024: Another World Monthly Update

Dear AW community,

We are excited to share the latest updates on Another World’s monthly progress through our Monthly Update for May 2024. With this update, we invite you to check out key milestones such as the beta service of Metaverse with Another Arcade, collaborations with partners in AI and Gaming, and overseas marketing event with YGG PH.

YGG Pilipinas Roadtrip

Another World participated YGG Pilipinas Road trip to introduce our project to the Southeast Asian users including the Philippines. Yield Guild Games, also known as YGG is a Philippines-based blockchain gaming company. It is one of the largest web3 gaming guilds with players from all over the world, and they have a huge impact on the Web3 market, especially in Southeast Asia.

We joined the event at Baguio as a starting point on April 27th, and then at Cebu on May 18th. At the sites, visitors collected stamps from the project booth on their quest cards and entered to the onstage raffle event to get rewards. There are more upcoming offline events until July.

Metaverse and Another Arcade Pre-Open Beta

Another World opened Another Arcade Pre-Open Beta service with a variety of gaming content. Users not only experienced Another World’s Metaverse and Another Arcade but also enjoyed games with community members and earned big rewards through the in-game meta space.

• Period: May 8th ~ 17th 12:00 (UTC)

There were 3 types of games for Another Arcade

• Another Holdem: A Hold’em game where players compete by combining their two hidden cards with the five shared cards to form the best possible hand.
• Future Hunter: Future Hunter is content where users can get rewards based on the symbol combination results from the selected patterns by the users.
• Coin Toss: Multiple players choose the front or back of a coin and decide the winners by the result.

Pre-Open Beta Special Events

To celebrate the pre-open beta, Another World prepared two special events below and gave out rewards to the winners. At the Whale Airdrop Event, a whale appeared and dropped Mique, which is an in-game currency of Another Arcade. The top 10 recipients who acquired the highest Mique received rewards totaling 1,200 USDT. At the Tier XP Event, users were able to acquire Tier XP by playing games or exchanging Mique in the store. The top 20 recipients with the highest Tier XP received rewards totaling 3,600 USDT.

Collaboration

This month, there were two collaborated works on Galxe. Each project has an impact on the Web3 gaming industry, embedding unique features. Especially, collaboration with AI-related projects will give us more opportunities to pioneer the area and conceive the business direction.

Another World jointly held a campaign on Galxe with other predominant web3 projects.

Another World and DeepLink partnered up for a campaign. This campaign rewarded 50 lucky winners who completed a series of simple and engaging tasks.

Another World announced our new strategic partnership with K.O.I. K.O.I introduces a platform that combines the joy of virtual pet care with sophisticated AI competitive elements, all anchored on the Ethereum blockchain. Including Web3, AI is the keyword across all industries. With such a partnership, Another World will map out our development and explore how to apply the technology to our project.
