Attain greater prosperity by cooperating with each other
The sum of the parts is greater than the whole.
devān bhāvayatānena te devā bhāvayantu vaḥ |
parasparaṃ bhāvayantaḥ śreyaḥ param avāpsyatha ||
देवान्भावयतानेन ते देवा भावयन्तु वः |
परस्परं भावयन्तः श्रेयः परमवाप्स्यथ ||
The idea of marriages is based on this premise of partnership for greater good. The marriage and family forms the foundation of the society, the nation and the world. And co-operation and support must start from this first unit.
