Hi all,

As you are aware, we have spent the past year building a non-custodial transaction relayer called any.sender. It is the first relayer to achieve zero gas overhead when relaying transactions while deploying a fee escalating algorithm that ensures our users can pay the best price at any time.

We have spent the summer working with various teams to incorporate any.sender into their service and one team in particular liked any.sender so much that they decided to acquire us!

I’d like to announce that we have been acquired by ConsenSys to join Infura, the leading API for accessing the Ethereum network, and they have an entire roadmap dedicated to simplifying the transaction process for their users. Of course, the plan is that any.sender will play a significant role in accelerating their progress towards that end-goal.

It has been a pretty exciting journey for us. We dropped out of a very comfortable university environment that focused on fundamental research to build production-ready software for the community to use. I’m hopeful that with the assistance of Infura we can finally alleviate the UX problem (or perhaps; the art) of manually bumping the fee and unsticking transactions.

One final note, I want to thank everyone who has supported us over the past year. In fact, while finalising the acquisition, we started to receive emails from Gitcoin Grants. We didn’t expect to be notified by Gitcoin Grants and then realized the community donated over $4k towards our cause. We felt blessed as it validated all the work we had done so far. We have decided to donate it towards the upcoming Gitcoin round and to help pass on the much-needed financial torch to another team that is in the position we once were..

You can learn more about the acquisition and what comes next in Infura’s latest blog post
