AnyLedger just got a new team member: Andreas Hauser, from Denmark!

Andreas will be AnyLedger’s community manager, a crucial role involving engaging the community, managing social media and communication channels and more generally conveying what AnyLedger is to the general public. Not an easy task, considering the highly technical and B2B nature of AnyLedger. This is not scary at all for Andreas, which already topped other 140+ applicants for this position and has experience in the intersection of crypto/blockchain and communities.

That’s him!

I take here the opportunity to thank all the applicants for the community manager position. What happened in the interview process is something revealing about AnyLedger, and something that will happen again and again. We got the opportunity to interact with experienced people from all over the world, many with big names on their CV. But here, at AnyLedger, we go beyond the titles, beyond “this is good since other people say so”. Every time that we hire, we are looking for the eye of tiger, for willingness to learn, to adapt, to criticize, to deliver beyond any expectation. That’s what we saw in Andreas.

And now, some question for Andreas!

Why did you choose AnyLedger? What attracted you?

At first sight what attracted me most was AnyLedger’s value proposition to a (very) big market which is developing rapidly: the Internet of Things. Their unique approach fixes many of the scalability and security issues that other IoT-blockchain projects haven’t solved yet.
And then just the fact that both Lorenzo and Bogdan seemed very friendly and down to earth during our interviews, plus the chance to be a part of something brand new in a space that I love: crypto & blockchain.

Where do you see AnyLedger in 5 years?

In five years I want “Does that device comes with AnyLedger?” to be a common question asked in stores. 😎
On a more serious note, I feel that AnyLedger is perfectly positioned to be on the forefront of the industrial revolution 4.0 — meaning that it will be common to see electronic devices such as cars, solar panels, home appliances, factory robots being “self-owned” and able to sell & buy energy or services from each other — with little to no human input.

Can you describe the community that you imagine for AnyLedger?

I imagine our community as being a dynamic mix of developers, blockchain enthusiasts, and small & big investors with a deep knowledge about what AnyLedger does.
Resistance to FUD and fake news, as well as product awareness and the willingness for community members to help each other, are also some of the key tendencies we will aim to achieve.
As Community Manager it is my duty to create such an environment leading up to our Token Distribution Event as well as long thereafter.

Where can people get in touch with you and/or AnyLedger?

Our Telegram channel is a good way to reach us quickly: https://t.me/anyledger
Everybody is welcome to post questions in the chat or message us directly.

See you there! 👋
