The resulting on-chain loans, collateralized by $sPCT, offer a stable alternative to the price fluctuations and volatility associated with unbacked crypto tokens.
About Anzen Tokens sPCT, PCT, wPCT
sPCT is a permissioned token mintable only by qualified users who have passed the necessary KYC and AML checks. sPCT is backed by real-world assets. Every month, the token undergoes a rebasing process, aligning its value with the net asset value of these underlying assets.
PCT is a permissionless token that is collateralized 1:1 by sPCT. Users can mint PCT by supplying stablecoins if there is sPCT available to be collateralized. Minting PCT creates an on-chain loan where sPCT holders supply their sPCT as collateral in order to borrow stablecoin. PCT undergoes a regular rebasing process based on the loan borrow rate.
wPCT is designed for users who wish to stake their holdings in third-party protocols. It is a permissionless but non-rebasing token. The wPCT/PCT exchange rate is adjusted instead of the token balance itself.

- Supply Stablecoins for RWA Yield: Anyone can earn RWA yield by supplying stablecoins to the Anzen Protocol. This action mints PCT, representing an on-chain loan collateralized by sPCT. PCT will rebase on a regular basis to reflect the yield earned by supplying stablecoins.
- Converting PCT to wPCT: Users can convert PCT tokens into wPCT at any time to stake them in third-party protocols. wPCT is non-rebasing and fully composable within 3rd party DeFi protocols, and there is no fee for PCT/wPCT conversions.
- PCT/wPCT Liquidity: Holders of wPCT or PCT can access immediate liquidity by swapping in 3rd party DeFi protocols like Uniswap or by burning the tokens for available primary liquidity. There is a 0.1% protocol fee for redemption from primary liquidity and no Anzen protocol fee for swaps in secondary pools.
- sPCT for qualified investors: To mint $sPCT, qualified investors must pass a KYC and verification process. Once approved, they can mint sPCT tokens backed by real-world assets. Every month, the token undergoes a rebasing process, aligning its value with the net asset value of these underlying assets. This token can only be held by qualified whitelist investors.
