Community Update: Introducing the Doodaria Pass

Hola doods! Summer is coming, birds are singing, flowers are blooming…And our Discord community Doodaria is thriving! In today’s blog post, we’re introducing the Doodaria Pass.

The Doodaria Pass is designed to give out rewards for completing certain quests over the course of a leaderboard. New doods and grinder doods alike will find something to enjoy in the Doodaria Pass! And it’s totally free.

We’ve also got some IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS today about $ANIMA and $APRS earnings. Please read this section!

Before we get into it, a quick AGW battle report: At the moment, 一席之地, Ancient8, and Bood Nation are leading in the Guild Leaderboard with at least 8000 total Stars! It’s still very competitive and anyone’s game, so even if you’re a late-comer, you absolutely still have a chance. Get fighting!

$ANIMA and $APRS Updates

First: we have to call out the boods who are abusing the guild transfer system to hard reset their rank to grind $ANIMA. We’ll be changing the guild transfer system to reset player rank to silver to discourage this malicious farming.

Please be reminded that Foonie Magus reserves the right to punish those who try to exploit technical bugs and loopholes to game on the system. Those who have switched guilds 3 or more times should report to us the reason lest we remove ALL their rewards for the season, including their daily $ANIMA.

Stay vigilant against bood-ish behavior, doods!

Next, we’ve made some changes to how $ANIMA rewards are earned through PvP. Previously, if you won a match, you would get $ANIMA, and if you lost, you would get nothing. Now, we’re rewarding $ANIMA based on rounds won rather than matches won.

The formula is $ANIMA Earned = ($ANIMA Reward) * (Rounds Won/Total Rounds)

So for example, let’s say your maximum earning from a match is 10 $ANIMA.

If you win a match with a round score of 2–0 (or 1–0), you’ll get 10 $ANIMA.

If you win a match with a round score of 2–1, you’ll get 6.67 $ANIMA.

If you lose a match with a round score of 1–2, you’ll get 3.33 $ANIMA

If you lose a match with a round score of 0–2 (or 0–1), you’ll get 0 $ANIMA.

We think that this will smooth out the $ANIMA grind, but let us know what you think about it on our Discord. Your feedback is always invaluable!

The above two changes will go live Monday, June 17th 8am UTC.

Finally, there will be some adjustments to costs in terms of Planet Breeding. $APRS will be going up, $ANIMA will be going down. Changes are reflected in the tables below, with new values on the right:

These adjustments will be dropping on July 12th 2024 at 8am UTC. We hope that this will give a boost to all you breeders!

A Doodaria Pass for Doodaria Doods

What is the first thing to do in the morning? Veteran doods know the answer — open your Discord app and participate in wonderful conversations on Doodaria!

Well, we know that a lot of you doods are already stationed at our Discord server, paying attention to our most updated community news and well-engaged in our events, which means you’re most likely qualified to get the Doodaria Pass!

The Doodaria Pass is a community pass for every dood above chat level 5 in our Discord server (which is super easy to get!). Once you’ve reached level 5, the Doodaria Pass quests and rewards will be available to you through a special Doodaria Pass channel on the server. More details about chat level here.

Quick Note: Due to the Doodaria Pass coming in, the Fireball Party channel will retire soon, so head over and throw some fireballs for old time’s sake while you can! 🔥🔥🔥

Let’s talk about the DP quests: there will be (1) Gameplay Quests, (2) Social Media Quests, and (3) Community Quests.

• Gameplay Quests include such as playing or winning a certain amount of matches, or reaching a certain rank. New players will be able to get BIG rewards for reaching a certain rank for the first time!
• Social Media Quests will be similar to our current Godling Bounties Quests, asking you to share and interact with Apeiron content on different social media platforms.
• Community Quests will include participating in community events such as PvP coaching or game nights on our server, AGW quests, or quests we set up with our partners.

All 3 types of quests will be available during the season, and it’ll be up to you how much you do — of course, the more you do, the more rewards you’ll be able to get.

Speaking of rewards, the Doodaria Pass will come alongside an update to our Stardust Shop. Right now, Stardust is a reward you get from daily log-in on our Marketplace. The rewards in the shop leave something to be desired though, so we’re juicing it up: the new shop will include Golden Apostle Tickets and even Planet NFTs that you’ll be able to get absolutely free through getting Stardust.

Having an Apeiron Planet NFT is great for playing our game — not only does it get you access to different skills, but it also lets you earn more rewards through daily play, so we’re really excited to be able to introduce this as a reward in the Stardust Shop. We’ll also have some other stuff in there for those who want to take a chance to get something extra special~

Overall, we hope that the Doodaria Pass will give players more opportunities to earn from our abundant rewards and get a kick-start in our game. If you’re planning to play our game long-term, don’t miss the Doodaria Pass! The Doodaria Pass will launch next week from the date of publication of this blog, so be on the lookout for it!
