Dear APEX Community,

Today we are releasing the 2nd release of APEX Wallet (V0.9.1), which includes the Rewards Module, a functionality that will open the door for various types of reward-type campaigns surrounding the APEX Network ecosystem. This in-app functionality will also be used to claim the second wave of KRATOS One Special Node Program rewards for CPX holders who qualify for T2/T1/Genesis tiers. For ETH/ERC20 account management support, we we are still in testing phase and is expected to be released before the end of this month.

To properly upgrade to the newest version of the APEX Wallet, follow the instructions below

1. Backup account(s) already imported to APEX Wallet via Keystore or Mnemonic backup functionality. (See video below for tutorial)

2. Uninstall/remove current APEX Wallet application.

3. Install newest version via our official link:
https://www.apexnetwork.io/wallet/downloads.html

4. Import backed up accounts.

Note: We expect to update future versions of the APEX Wallet app via our Github and eventually respective Android and IOS app stores.

Rules/instructions for KRATOS One Wave 2 reward claim is as follows

1. The user must have 100 CPX in at least one of the wallets imported/used within the APEX Wallet application — the user will be unable to claim any reward if this condition is not met.

2. Once this condition is met, click on the KRATOS One tab in the rewards section of the app — and then the user will be asked to input 2 addresses: a) CPX staking address and b) destination address to ERC-20 tokens, if applicable.

3. If the CPX staking address is already imported into APEX Wallet, then just paste that address and it will be used to qualify for KRATOS One Wave 2 rewards. If the main CPX staking address is external to those imported to APEX Wallet, then enter that external main staking address, and of the addresses imported into APEX Wallet, only 100 CPX will go towards the qualified CPX staking amount. Hence the qualified CPX staking amount will be 100 CPX + balance on external main CPX staking address. [This method is to prevent potential reward fraud]

4. If the user qualifies for T2/T1/Genesis, then the CPX reward will be distributed by the end of the week of September 3 to the primary CPX staking address, and UCN/ATLS according to respective timelines (if applicable).

5. Effective reward claim deadline is Sunday September 9, 8pm Beijing time (12 pm UTC).
