1) Write, write, write! Writing often do miracles!

According to the research, writing makes your mind empty of the thoughts that occupy you, your anxiety decreases, and you become more creative.
It is even so good that they call it writing therapy.

2) Read a book; reading a book is no less than therapy

Some good books that can help you a lot are: To improve your relationship, read the book “Hold Me Tightly,” to improve and stop procrastination, read “The Power of Incomplete Beginnings,” and to increase your motivation, read “Midnight Library.”.

3) Talk to a close friend.

Research has shown that the effect a friend has on our psyche is much more than what we think. A good friend can make you better in all areas, even healing and calming your soul.

4) If you can, have a blood animal.

Having a pet, playing with it, and spending time with it strangely reduces depression and anxiety because it produces the hormone oxytocin.
Don’t underestimate hugging and do it. Many times we are not looking for advice and solutions from others; we are just looking for hugs and to be heard.
