In this article, I am going to share a short but very valuable piece of advice from Ibn Sina or Avicenna:

If you obey these principles in your life, comfort and ease will come to your life:

1. Do not promise when you are happy.

When we are happy, we usually think of making a promise and we think that we can do that thing, but the worst time to promise something is when you are happy because you do not know what you are doing; you just promise because you are happy.

2. Do not respond when you are angry.

One of the wrong things that almost all of us do is respond aggressively to other people. So, do not respond to people if you are angry, especially if they are your friends or close relatives, because it may have a great negative impact on them and a greater regret for you.

3. Do not decide to do something when you are sad.

Most of the time, when we are sad, we make stupid decisions because, when we are sad, our minds do not work properly, which leads to awful decisions.
