The leaderboard’s grand finale is on 6th October. The leaderboard isn’t just a list; it’s a testament to strategy, skill, and community.
After the tournaments ends, we will take some time to inspect logs and transactions to make sure everything is legit and take action in case of rule infringement. That means that the leaderboard isn’t consolidated until we announce the winners!
🔄 What’s Being Reset and Why
- In-game resources: It’s all about strategy! You can craft NFTs or cash in your resources for more AP. Given it’s a beta tournament season, we’re making sure everyone starts with a clean slate. Otherwise, wouldn’t it be just a VIP showdown of this season’s top 50?
- Astronaut levels and skills: The big one! I get it, you’ve earned your skill points. But, if we don’t reset, newcomers will be at a colossal disadvantage. Given that we only have around 18–20 skills to unlock right now, top players would overshadow the entire game. While we’re in beta, things are dynamic. GXP rates have already changed a bit during the ongoing tournament. You’ll snag some bonuses based on your levels that’ll give you an edge, without making you the unstoppable force of the universe.
- AP coins: Echoing the same reasons above. Everyone starts fresh!
- /daily Rewards: Fresh daily opportunities for everyone!
- Anything that is in your chest and bags.
💾 What’s NOT Being Reset and Why
- Your NFTs: They’re %100 yours, and they’re staying put. Period.
- Staked Tools on Lands: If you’ve staked tools such as workbenches, cookers, and warpstones that aren’t mintable after reaching below 100% health, they’ll remain untouched on your lands.
- Game strategies: You’ve got the experience, and that’s invaluable. Newbies have their learning curves.
- Everything outside of #play-here: Server level, roles, $AFG, chat XP, and all those other goodies? Safe and sound.
Pre-Reset Perks & Their Impact on the Upcoming Tournament
- The Astral Card Boost: If you’re nearing level 10 in-game, screenshot your astronaut’s level pre-reset. Post-reset, we’ll sum up those levels. E.g., if you were level 8 before, the card will be yours at level 2 after the reset.
- Energy Head Start: Every level you’ve gained pre-reset translates to an energy boost for the new season. Each level equates to 20 energy points. So, a level 20 astronaut starts with an incredible 400 energy bonus!

This is BETA mode. This is the time we tweak, test, and improve. Imagine starting a tourney with nearly all skills already unlocked. Not just unfair for newcomers, but where’s the thrill for you? The challenge, the excitement of progression, that sweet sense of achievement — that’s what keeps the game vibrant. And when tokens launch, tourneys won’t be your only playground. Resets are part of growing pains, essential for the game’s evolution and ensuring we’re always open-arms for all.

Strategic spots
$50 for every 10th place from 20th to 100th. Then, $10 for every 10th place from 110th to 200th. For clarity: Being 21st, 111th, or any non-designated rank? No reward. But landing on, say, the 100th spot? That’s a cool $50.
