Two of the most hot topics in ICT industry GraphQL and Chatbots are covered in June APIOps meetups.
GraphQL is an application layer query language from Facebook. With GraphQL, you can define your backend as a well-defined graph-based schema. Then client applications can query your dataset as they are needed.
A chatbot is a service, powered by rules and sometimes artificial intelligence, that you interact with via a chat interface. The service could be any number of things, ranging from functional to fun, and it could live in any major chat product (Facebook Messenger, Slack, Telegram, Text Messages, etc.). [source, read more]

Chatbots are kind of hot now everywhere: customer service, social media, Fintech, API developer eXperience, Alexa. All of them are utilizing APIs. Lets meet and share knowledge about how the services are build, what are the opportunities and challenges.
